The Ultimate Test: A 100% Offline Data Merge Tutorial

Words are easy to say. But let's be honest—it's hard to believe anyone nowadays. We want to show you the undeniable proof of our secure method. Follow this step-by-step guide to experience a true offline data merge.

Step 1: Register as a user

Step 2: Once you pass login and 2FA verification download Sample Files

First, download RawData.zip file containing three sample CSV files, extract them and place to any folder on your computer:

Optional: For extra confidence, open TB123.csv and manually change the value of SAMPLE BV651 to anything you like. Think of it like a card trick: you pick a card, don't tell us what it is, and put it back into the shuffled deck. Since we never saw your 'card', finding it in the final result proves the data never left your computer.

Step 3: Start trial-version and Go Offline

Before starting the merging process, once the interface opens - disconnect your computer from the internet. Turn off your Wi-Fi or unplug the ethernet cable.

This is the most important step for a 100% secure test.

Step 4: Load Your Test Files

With your computer offline, open our service page. In the File Viewer window, select the three files you just downloaded.

Step 5: Define the Data Area

The system needs to know where your tabular data begins and ends. Check EoF to read till the end of the file. Specify start and end column numbers. This tells the service which columns and rows to use. Click to define column headers and define the order of naming rule.

Step 6: Preview and Export

In the top-right corner, click "Preview Export".

The Moment of Truth

Check your 'Downloads' folder. You will find a new file. Open it. If you've mapped the area correctly, it will contain exactly 9 rows of perfectly merged data.

What just happened?

You just processed data while being completely disconnected from the internet. The files never left your computer. The processing power came from your own machine.

This isn't a demo; it's a verifiable proof of security.

Now you know exactly how it works. Ready to apply this same bulletproof process to your own important data, with an expert guiding you through every click?
